How to get comfortable on your hypnosis online session:
- Allow yourself 1.5 hours of uninterrupted time.
- Sit in a high back chair with arms for support or a couch or bed.
- Use headphones or earbuds.
- You can use a tablet, laptop or cellphone for the video connection.
- Close all other apps and set your device so that it blocks interruptions of any kind. (The equivalent of “Do not disturb”.)
- Have your device plugged in or fully charged.
- If possible, position yourself so that I can see you from the top of your head to where your hands are resting.
- Pay for your session before you click on the Zoom link.
How does hypnosis online work?
Hypnosis is an all-natural approach that doesn’t require my being in the room with you. If you can see or hear me you will be able to experience the same benefits as you would with an in-person session. When an office visit is not possible or inadvisable then LIVE Online Hypnosis is a highly effective option.
